Most problems are solved by one of the fixes below.
Restore your purchase on a new device
- Sign in to the new iPhone or iPad with the Apple Account you used for the purchase.
- Install 3D Mechanic from the App Store and open it.
- Use Restore Purchases in the app. Everything you bought unlocks again.
If something is not working
- Update the app from the App Store: fixes ship in updates, and the release notes are on the What's new page.
- Check that your device runs iOS or iPadOS 17.0 or later.
- Close the app fully and open it again, or restart the device.
